The ideal candidate for this role is a visionary but practical leader who has helped grow revenue through leading Sales Operations at a rapidly expanding enterprise software company before.
You love diving deep into data but have the ability to see beyond the numbers to structure recommendations and drive sound decision-making. You have a track record of collaborating with and influencing leaders in other areas of the business.
You’ll mainly shape your own working week but it will include:
Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans, budgets, and strategies to set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to execute and make swift decisions on your own
Drive Sales productivity through developing and optimizing processes and systems.
Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.
Lead a team responsible for sales forecasting, planning, reporting, order processing, compensation design, and strategy to achieve sales goals.
Deliver core business metrics, reporting, and analytics, including pipeline, lead funnel & churn analysis.
Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of all sales team members.
Collaborate with leadership on product pricing strategy.
Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
5+ years as a Sales Operations leader in a software company
Proven ability to lead and scale Sales Operations of significant scope through growth periods
Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes and infrastructure
Experience with cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Marketing
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred

What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
