About the role

As an Implementation Specialist, you are vital to the success of our customers with the Instant Commerce platform. You will have ownership of the implementation process, connecting our enterprise customers with the platform.

Acting as their guide throughout the onboarding process, you will work together with different teams like Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success. You plan and manage the entire delivery cycle, from the first point of contact till the go-live time. 

Consult with customers on their goals and priorities and then assist in implementing the ideal configuration to achieve those goals. 

You will:

  • Manage the implementation of our software with new- and existing customers from contract close through the completion of their technical implementation;

  • Clearly translate technical requirements to non-technical customers to ensure clarity and confidence in decisions

  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements;

  • Create an implementation plan which identifies milestones and timelines and ensure, together with relevant stakeholders, the milestones are met within the agreed time;

  • Lead weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, monitor the milestones and the progress of the implementation;

  • Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical integration options available within implementation;

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Instant Commerce platform to provide strategic advice to our customers regarding their (online) Corporate Communication goals;

  • Help co-create and iterate processes to bring the Implementation Team to the next level.

About you

  • 2+ years’ experience in Implementation/Onboarding, Account Management, or SaaS Customer Success roles;

  • Experience with implementing via APIs and/or Javascript

  • Ability to accurately scope length and difficulty of projects. Ability to anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks

  • Strong project management skills; ability to break down work into steps and to develop and maintain schedules and task/people assignments

  • You understand the dynamics of a software start/scale-up, and thrive in such environments;

  • Drive, resourcefulness, growth mindset

  • Excellent business English both verbally and written.

  • Experience with Headless and software development is preferred
