What you’ll do if you join us
Our team is the reason we keep crushing it day in and day out. We are preparing for the scale-up phase which is why we are adding one more person to the People team. The mission is simple: find, keep, and grow great people.

This role is hybrid and based in Amsterdam, reporting to management.
You’ll mainly shape your own working week but it will include:

What we’re looking for
You’ve worked in a SaaS start-up before
Knowledge of Dutch Labor and Social legislation and being able to apply it
Knowledge of Visma Nmbrs, Employes, or similar salary admin program
Fluent in both English and Dutch
A finished education in HR or related field
Experience in cooperating with an ‘Arbodienst’

What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
Can I work remote?
Yes, but not full-time.
Can I freelance with you?
We believe in creating 90% of the work in-house. For the occasional 10% we are definitely open to meet people who are great in what they do.
I am not a European citizen, can you sponsor my visa?
Yes we can! As a matter of fact, we have 3+ non-european nationalities in the team.
