The role
You will support our management team of three, with a high focus on calendar management. Don’t expect dusty, gray suits. More like young tech entrepreneurs with a drive for execution and a passion for building a great organization. Success in this role means making sure our executives can focus on running their departments. Not their agenda. This is a junior role that, if we are the right fit, could grow with the company lightning fast.
What will you do:
Calendar management
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Setting up internal and external meetings
Editing of presentations
Obtain approvals where needed
Office management
Administrative tasks
Requirements
You are successful in this role if you proactively take care of the urgent-not important and not-urgent less-important tasks.

What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
Can I work remote?
Yes, you can.
Can I freelance with you?
We believe in creating 90% of the work in-house. For the occasional 10% we are definitely open to meet people who are great in what they do.
I am not a European citizen, can you sponsor my visa?
Yes we can! As a matter of fact, we have 3+ non-european nationalities in the team.
