What you’ll do if you join us

We are looking for a BDR with a ‘hunter’ mentality to significantly impact our business's growth. Your job is to support the Sales team to uncover new business, qualify leads, support marketing campaigns, and ensure opportunities are qualified.

You’ll stand on the frontline of our company’s growth. You’ll be the first touchpoint for new clients as you proactively reach out to prospects and follow up with leads, building authentic relationships with each interaction.

This role is hybrid and based in Amsterdam, reporting to the CEO.

Your working week may include:

  • Lead generation and prospecting

  • Conduct cold calls to create leads and opportunities for Account Executives, set up follow-up actions, and track activity to ensure timely follow-up.

  • Book demo sessions with potential customers

  • Write and execute outreach campaigns via email and social channels

  • Diligently documenting your progress to ensure full visibility across the teams using our CRM (Hubspot).

  • Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.

  • Researching companies, and identifying key players in various industries and verticals.

  • Designing processes to better improve your funnels and performance.

  • Work alongside marketing and sales to source and engage with high-potential prospects and companies.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and be constantly up to date of market trends - research and stay close to the eCommerce community and networking events

What we’re looking for

  • Your native language is either: English, Dutch or German.

  • You have a demonstrated aptitude for learning complex technical concepts and can simplify & articulate concepts, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • You are located in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate from a EUR country

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.

  • You’re honest, driven, and passionate about getting results and helping people.

  • You love connecting with new people and are able to express your enthusiasm over the phone (cold calling experience preferred).

  • Your presentation, time management, and communication skills are on point.

  • You have a keen interest in the tech/eCommerce industry.

We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
