About the role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Amsterdam, you will focus on the German market. You will own lead qualification from inbound leads and outbound prospecting, to verify and create business opportunities with prospects. You will pair up with Account Executives to sign new merchants.
As a BDR in this role you’ll:
Have to speak and write in German fluently
Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns
Have qualification calls for understanding the prospect's needs and identify client's needs
Stay up to date with new products/services and campaign execution
Proactively seek new business opportunities
Once the customer needs are clearly and fully understood, hand over the opportunity to the Account Executive
Keep a close relationship with both Sales and Marketing departments, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their targets.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation. If you are a results-oriented hunter type of person, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to their long-term business growth.

What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
Can I work remote?
Yes, you can.
Can I freelance with you?
We believe in creating 90% of the work in-house. For the occasional 10% we are definitely open to meet people who are great in what they do.
