What you’ll do if you join us
You will be part of a young, hungry sales team constantly growing our client base. Your key responsibility is to drive revenue by closing new deals. This will include prospecting, cold calling, emailing, demoing, and closing deals with a minimum contract value of one (1) year. Your bonus compensation will be directly related to the total deal value, paid out monthly. While we build the BDR team, our AE’s currently do business development work too, but that will be separated out in the near future. As an AE you work closely together with the marketing team to close sales-qualified deals. This role has a lot of autonomy to discover new opportunities in your assigned sales territory.
The role is based in Amsterdam and reports to the Sales Manager.
Your working week may include:
Follow-up on sales-qualified leads
Reaching out to new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Draft proposals and close deals
Deliver core business metrics, reporting, and analytics, including pipeline and lead funnel analysis
Work closely with marketing and product to improve our messaging and value offering
Product demonstrations to potential customers
What we’re looking for
Proven record of successfully closing deals
Have a rough technical understanding of how websites work
You are able to switch communication styles between technical and marketing audiences
Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up and across multiple time zones
Understand the key mechanics of the software as a service (SaaS) sales cycle

What is your hiring process?
We will start with an interview to get to know you and see if there is a potential fit. Then you are asked to make a take-home assignment to assess skill-level. Based on that you will be invited for the 2nd interview. Lastly, we will make an offer to whom we feel is the best fit for the role.
Can I work remote?
Yes, but not full-time.
Can I freelance with you?
We believe in creating 90% of the work in-house. For the occasional 10% we are definitely open to meet people who are great in what they do.
